The milk solution allows you to select the froth density to meet personal taste, combining milk, steam and air to produce a cascade of creamy, frothy milk directly into the cup.
In addition to the IFD (Instant Froth Dispenser) system, there are two pumps and separate steam and espresso thermostats to ensure perfect espressos and creamy cappuccinos can be made at the same time and to the optimum temperature.
This three-button operated coffee maker comes with a 1.3 litre removeable water tank, a built-in tamper and incorporated crema device for the perfect crema. It is built to accommodate full-size cappuccino or two espresso cups. It also has an active cup warmer and a two-in-one filter holder for normal ground coffee and for Easy Serving Espresso pods. These pods take the guesswork out of making the perfect espresso and cappuccino and usually consist of two layers of special filter paper filled with 100% pressed ground coffee, which can be clipped straight into the filter holder. The pods are easy to remove and dispose of after use, solving the problem of messy, loose coffee grounds.
